Q:What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) in mass production?
A:It depends on the products. Simply speaking, our MOQ is 1,000pcs for microfiber cloths and 2,000pcs for mops.
Q:Can I get a sample from you?
A:Yes, free samples with freight collected, case by case. Just contact us for your samples.
Q:Can I have customized samples?
A:We have thousands of different samples in stock. If they are not workable, we will make requested samples for you. There will be a sampling fee. Just contact us for further information.
Q:How long to have the samples?
A:Within 48 hours for the stocked samples. For new samples, it’s up to the item and production status.
Q:How can I get my samples?
A:Please contact us for your samples. We recommend to use international express such as FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT to ship samples with door to door service. It only take 5-7 days to arrive.
Q:What is your payment term?
A:T/T, Western Union, L/C, trade assurance by credit card etc.
Q:What is your shipping condition and incoterm term?
A:We provide a full range of shipping service, like FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. Ningbo is our regular port of export.
